Shukri Agouf, born on 17 September 1984, is a professional Libyan rally driver with extensive experience in desert driving. With more than twenty years of experience behind the wheel in desert environments, he has developed a high level of practical knowledge in desert terrain, off-road driving, navigation, and the demanding conditions associated with cross-country rallying.

Throughout his career, Agouf has competed in numerous rallies both in Libya and internationally, achieving several leading results. His national achievements include first-place finishes at the 2015 Misrata Rally, the 2016 Fezzan Rally, and the 2021 Maghawa Rally, as well as fourth place at the 2022 Fezzan Rally and second place at the 2023 Fezzan Rally. He has also competed in several other Libyan events, including the Hamada Rally, Zintan Rally, Libya Rally, Zintan International Rally, and multiple editions of the TT Libya Rally.

Internationally, Agouf has participated in several desert rallies outside Libya. His international appearances include the 2014 Dubai Rally, the 2018 Algeria Desert Rally, where he finished second, the 2018 Hassi Messaoud Rally in Algeria, the 2019 Tunisia Phenix Rally, where he secured first place, and the 2024 Dubai Desert Rally.

Agouf holds an ITC-R rally licence, No. A001. According to his profile, he is the first Libyan rally driver to obtain Rally Licence No. 1 issued by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).
